Freaky Footballers aim to despatch all items in stock within 72 hours of payment being received (Weekends/public holidays excluded). Please note: payment is not classed as being received until the funds have cleared into our account. This will apply to all cheques, except cashier and bankers drafts. please see ordering information for further details.

DELIVERY TIMES

On despatch of your item, we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates listed are estimates only. Goods are despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please note that multiple item orders may be despatched separately. Freaky Footballers cannot take responsibility for late/failed deliveries due to incorrect address information entered at time of ordering. Freaky Footballers cannot be held liable for late/non deliveries due to circumstances beyond are control, i.e. industrial action, terrorist action and war, natural disasters etc.

Approximate Delivery Times within the UK is 3 to 5 days from despatch.

DELIVERY WITH INSURANCE

For your added peace of mind, Freaky Footballers offers “Delivery with Insurance”. Should you select this option, all your ordered goods are covered by Transit Insurance. This is an optional benefit designed to give you even more security and confidence in your purchase with Freaky Footballers. Transit Insurance charges are clearly displayed as optional throughout the checkout process and additionally marked on your “Order Confirmation” email should you select this option. All “Delivery with Insurance” charges relate solely to the application of transit insurance. This is not a delivery fee. We recommend you select this delivery option to safeguard your ongoing satisfaction with shopping on our site . A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery of your order. This signature will be proof that you or the person to whom the order was addressed has received the order. Ownership of the items in your order will pass to you on delivery. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk, and Freaky Footballers will not be held liable for their loss or destruction.

NON DELIVERY

Should an item not arrive within the estimated period, please inform us at support@freakyfootballers.co.uk . It is important to note that all non-delivery claims must be made within 14 days from the original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your “Despatch Information” email to confirm this date. We will endeavour to resolve any problems as quickly as possible although it should be noted that this could be directly impacted by the response of the delivery service/courier.
